If you would like to send headphones/earbuds with your child to use/keep at school please send them marked with his/her name. This is completely optional, as we have plenty in our room we can share.
~I am enjoying reading the information I have received so far from the Parent Input Form I sent out last week. If you have not had a chance to fill it out, please do so at your earliest convenience: Getting to Know your First Grader

~As we are getting into a routine in Room 9 and getting to know each other better, I continue to remind students they can come to me with anything! Questions, concerns, stories, worries, etc. I know sometimes it is easier for them to tell us what they think we want to hear. With time, I hope to establish deep, trusting relationships with all students so they know they can come to me with anything. Please feel free to follow up with this at home as well. Never hesitate to let me know if there is something I can do on my end to help your child continue to grow and learn!
